MacDiarmid: The best young scientists and their research

Tomorrow night will see the  2009 MacDiarmid Young Scientist of the Year Award presented in Auckland, with the top prize of $10,000 and a trip to an international science event going to a “future leader” in science.

The awards are always a good showcase of new science talent and many of the award applicants made video submissions outlining their research. The winners of the awards will be announced at the awards ceremony tomorrow night, meanwhile here are some of the finalists’ videos:
