NZ emission reductions and global agreements: Lessons from the last 20 years

As part of the Copenhagen 2009: Issues, Options, Outlook and Outcomes series of lectures, Judy Lawrence presents her take on the lessons learnt over the last 20 years in terms of emissions reductions and global agreements.

Judy Lawrence is a Senior Associate in the NZ Climate Change Research Institute at VUW, and also the Directors of PS Consulting Ltd.  She served previously as Director of the NZ Climate Change Office at MfE, as well as Chief Executive of the Ministry of Women’s Affairs.

Her research interests include decision-making for the uncertainty brought about by climate change, and her speech can be listened to below.
